“As the Regional Director of Earls Kitchen + Bar, Andover Retractable Screens+ Ken Larose has worked with us since January 2020. Ken was responsible for our Progressive Motorized Screen Replacement.

Leading up to the installment Ken was extremely organized, professional and had great communication. Although COVID had slowed many things down this past year, Ken’s timelines and work was not affected by this. We knew the proper shipping times for all products as well as the number of days needed to complete the job once the material arrived. Weather played a factor during the installation and Ken stayed proactive to communicate and stay flexible to work around our peak times in the restaurant.

The installation and quality of work is the best we have seen across our 10 locations in the US. Ken is extremely skilled and knowledgeable in his work. Since the installment Ken has consistently been available to answer all questions and support. Due to extreme weather conditions we had a couple screens damaged resulting from our negligence. Ken arrived on site during the storm to assist us to prevent further damage. Ken is quick to respond to our service calls as well as educating our team on the system.
